Our Sidemount Instructors are active sidemount divers and will teach details often overlooked by other instructors.

What is Sidemount Diving? Sidemount diving is just as it sounds.  Instead of wearing cylinders your back, you wear them on your side.

There are many benefits to sidemount configuration including:

– More available gas for longer dives (perfect for Nitrox diving!)

Ocean Quest has a full stock of Sidemount Equipment for rent for use during and after your training and has Hollis, xDeep, Apeks and Dive Rite Sidemount equipment available for sale.

Tuition: $395.00+ GST (2 or more students) / $695.00 + GST for individual training

Includes:

• Class session
•  Confined Water Instruction
• 3 Open Water Training Dives

Sidemount Rental Equipment available for $50.00 for entire program.
