Course Overview
Save time and money by taking a MSDT Preparation Course. When you take you Specialty Instructor Training with a PADI Course Director not only will you gain hands on training and experience, you only need 10 logged dives in each area to apply for that Specialty. You can also begin teaching Specialties sooner as you do not have to document any teaching experience!

Prerequisites
- PADI Instructor, or currently participating in/completed an IDC/OWSI Program within the past 12 months. IDC/OWSI candidates may apply for Specialty Instructor certification only after successfully completing an IE
Medical Statement
All students must complete a Medical Statement prior to any in water activities. Please consult Ocean Quest if you answer “yes” to any of the medical questions as you may need to see a physician prior to the course start date.
