Experience Overview
Arrange a personalized Guided Shore Dive with one of our professional PADI Divemaster or Instructors! This is a perfect way to get oriented to our local dive sites and conditions. Available any day of the week.
The Guided Shore Dive includes your own personal guide for 2 dives at one of our local Vancouver dive sites (Whytecliff Park, Porteau Cove, etc.
During your dive you can expect to see a variety of invertebrate marine life including anemones’, starfish, crabs, nudibranch’s and much more. You will also possibly see a variety of fish life including large ling cods, schools of rock fish and perch! If you are really lucky, you might find a giant pacific octopus or get buzzed by a seal or sea lion!
Divers must have recent diving experience and have training in the use of diving with a drysuit. If you do not have drysuit experience, we can arrange a fun one day Drysuit Specialty Course for you!

- Dive Computer – Rentals available for $30.00
- Dive Light – Rentals available for $20.00
- Fins – Rentals available for $30.00
- All of the above can be purchased as Add-Ons through our online Course Registration
On-Demand Experience
This program is available on an individual basis. Register for your training online and pick "I would like to schedule my own experience date". Weekend and weekday schedules are available. Once we receive your registration, Ocean Quest will be in touch to confirm that we can accommodate your training request and officially book your course.
