Combining more complex, extended wreck penetration dives beyond the light zone with decompression obligations
Course Overview
The PADI Technical Wreck Penetration Specialty program is offered exclusively through Ocean Quest. The program will teach divers specific theory, equipment configuration and practical training to enter wrecks safely beyond the light zone limits. The program will also train divers on how to plan wreck dives and wreck penetration dives with decompression obligations.
Wreck diving is a highly specialized type of diving which requires a specific set of skills, knowledge and techniques. Although Wreck Specialties rank as one of the most popular specialties taught by instructors, dive centre’s, and resorts, it remains difficult to find instructors who have training and experience in proper Wreck diving techniques. At Ocean Quest, we specialize in the specific skills knowledge and techniques needed to properly dive in and around Wrecks.
The Technical Wreck Penetration Course will take these skills to the next level.
