Course Overview
Wreck diving is a highly specialized type of diving which requires a specific set of skills, knowledge and techniques. Although Wreck Specialties rank as one of the most popular specialties taught by instructors, dive centre’s, and resorts, it remains difficult to find instructors who have training and experience in proper Wreck diving techniques.
By taking PADI Wreck Specialty Instructor training with Greg McCracken, you will be assured that you will learn the essential knowledge and skills required to conduct a proper wreck program that will meet standards determined by the technical / overhead diving community.
Although the PADI Wreck Specialty is an entry level / experience program, it is important to realize that it still involves an overhead environment and instructors should be properly trained. Greg will spend the time with you to ensure that you are a qualified entry level Wreck Instructor upon completion of your training.
Theory topics will include:
- Equipment and Configuration
