Drysuit Undergarments and Accessories
The Thermal Fusion, a high performance diving undergarment, maximizes warmth and provides unrivaled flexibility and fit.
Designed by divers, the Thermal Fusion was rigorously tested by professionals to ensure the highest level of comfort and warmth.
Proven by science, independent laboratory tests by the Sport Innovation Center (SPIN) validate the superior insulation value of the Thermal Fusion. Cold water immersion and controlled cold weather environmental tests determined effectiveness in protecting skin and core temperatures. Comparative testing against our competitor’s top rated undergarment confirms the Thermal Fusion superiority. The science proves that the Thermal Fusion performed best overall in preventing heat loss in extreme environments.
The EVO4 is the next generation of the military-proven EVO3. It is a mid-height lace up boot with a renowned Vibram® Megagrip sole providing unparalleled traction and durability.
Aqua Lung’s premium drysuit hood, the HeatWave+ exceeds expectations. You will find exponential comfort originating from our selection of quality materials and use of perfected patterns. Available in 9/7 mm and 7/5 mm.
Combining heavyweight Polartec® Powerstretch® fabric with thinner fabric in key areas to minimize bulk, provides the critical core areas with the enhanced protection of X-Core, whilst making the leggings easy to layer up underneath an Arctic. A lightweight waistband avoids too much bulk around the midriff, whilst the insulating material extends to just below the knees for exceptional thermal protection, especially when on trim. Bulk is minimized in the lower legs and behind the knees for maximum mobility. Fast wicking fabric makes this an excellent next-to-skin layer or can be used with an additional base layer.
The sleeveless design of the vest minimizes impact on buoyancy and overall bulk especially in the shoulders and arms where freedom of movement is critical. The four-way stretch fabric combined with long body design ensures a snug fit, minimizing cold points. The additional chest panel helps to minimize the rush of cold air from the inlet valve and provides extra thermal protection in a key exposure area. The fast wicking fabric moves perspiration towards the outer surface, keeping the wearer drier and warmer.
Experienced divers who know their way around the ocean demand professional grade equipment to keep them safe. The PRO Heated Undersuit is the ideal choice when heating performance of the undersuit matters in the coldest water. It can be fitted underneath a dry-suit or a wetsuit for critical warmth. The whole system is fully submersible with 100M waterproof rating.
Armed with two heat panels provides 40 watts of high output warmth to the user’s torso. Powered from the two 5200mah lithium batteries that can be activated by pressing the button on the wireless wrist remote. Incorporated into the undersuit is a haptic status receiver that sends feedback to the user via pulses regarding the heat levels, which works well even obscured vision while underwater.
The PRO Heated Undersuit is the companion designed for even serious divers everywhere.
The H1 7mm Hood features a 7mm double layered protection in critical heat loss areas and glideskin seals for the neck and face. Waterproof H1 7mm includes the unique HAVS (Hood Air Venting System) which uses one-way valves to vent annoying air buildup in the hood.
There are many dry glove systems available in the market for advanced drysuit divers. We tested them all and analyzed the pros and cons of each system, trying to find ways to improve and adjust an existing, decent working model into a better performing system. Our criteria is that it has to be easy to mount, dependable, not too bulky, and fit into the existing Waterproof arm design.
